How do I request the invoice for my order?

To issue an invoice for the value of the service fee and travel insurance, if any, request using this form.

Attention:

• The deadline for issuance is up to 1 business day after the request;
• Requests via email or other channels than this form will not be accepted.

But what about the ticket amount?

The ticket, whether printed at the ticket window or the Electronic Ticket sent by email along with the purchase confirmation, is valid for tax purposes and can be used as an invoice without needing a new issue.
