How does boarding work?

There are currently two types of tickets: With Easy Boarding and Without Easy Boarding. Let's explain each of them:

With Easy Boarding:

The access is online, and you can board directly on the bus.

When booking with Embarque Fácil, in addition to receiving the booking voucher after purchase, you will also receive an attached PDF of the ticket, which will have a QR Code and boarding platform information.

When boarding, go to the platform and present this QR Code to the driver and an original document with a photo.

Without Easy Boarding:

If the ticket is Without Easy Boarding, the passenger must collect their ticket at the bus counter to board the bus. In this case, we recommend ordering your printed ticket at least 1 hour before your trip.

When you arrive at the counter, present the voucher we sent by email and a document with a photo of each passenger (you must also bring the paper used for the purchase).

The ticket counter will print the ticket and inform the boarding platform.

*Important: always remember to check the ticket office's opening hours, especially if your trip takes place outside business hours, as in some cases, the ticket office's operation may be more limited, so you need to collect your ticket further in advance.
