What documents do I need to present to be able to travel?

If your trip is without Easy Boarding, you must present your voucher (printed or on your cell phone) and an official document with a photo at the counter to collect your ticket.

If your trip is with Easy Boarding, bring an official document with a photo and the ticket sent to your email.

Foreigners can use their passports upon boarding.
