My seat has been changed. What to do?
Changing your seat happens when we receive a refusal from our supplier for the seat chosen when purchasing.
If this happens, our system has intelligence that searches for seats in similar conditions to the one chosen to guarantee your reservation.
Still, we understand that the altered seat may not meet your needs. If this is the case, you can:
- Exchange seats in person with the bus company, 3 hours before boarding time and if other seats are available;
- Validate whether any other seat of your choice is available on our website. If so, just continue with a new purchase and cancel the previous one. After that, contact us so we can also refund the service fee for the canceled purchase;
- If the seat reservation made does not suit you and there are no other options, you can proceed with canceling the reservation by making the request on our website. After that, contact us to refund your service fee.
Did the altered seat belong to a minor?
Currently, our system cannot identify whether the reservation will be intended for a minor, and it may happen that this minor is redirected to a seat far from their guardian or companion.
If this is the case, we ask that you contact us through our other service channels so that we can find a solution that allows the minor to travel with their guardians or companions.
