How do I know if the purchase was completed successfully?
You will always be able to know the status of your purchase through the communication we will send you by email and by accessing "my tickets" on the home page of our website.
Here, we will explain each of the purchase statuses:
• Authorized: Purchase confirmed successfully, and tickets reserved.
• Awaiting confirmation: Reservation pending seat or payment confirmation. You must wait up to 30 minutes to receive a new status update.
• Expired: Order expired due to delay in recognizing payment or seat unavailability. In this case, the tickets were not booked. Any charge made will be refunded, and you can continue with a new purchase attempt.
• Requested Cancellation: Cancellation in processing, awaiting confirmation of bus company.
• Canceled: Order that was canceled.
• Denied cancellation: cancellations that were refused or reservations could no longer be canceled.
