I can't complete my reservation. What to do?
Problem with seat selection
If the problem occurs right when you need to select your seats, the website is probably experiencing a period of high demand for reservations, or the bus company system is unstable.
For both situations, the best thing to do is to wait a few hours or even until the next day to make a new attempt. This way, the chances of the system being normalized will be much greater.
Problem confirming payment
If the problem occurs when you try to pay, there is probably something pending between our system and your bank.
In this scenario, it is recommended that you try to contact the bank and make sure everything is okay. If the problem still persists, contact us.
