I’ve paid with PIX. How do I confirm If my reservation went through?

After completing your PIX payment, please wait a little while for your reservation confirmation to arrive via email. This usually happens within 2 hours.

This time allows our system to identify the payment and finalize your reservation properly.

🚌💬Tip: There’s no need to send the PIX receipt. Our system automatically verifies it. Just hang tight for this short period until you receive the status of your reservation via email.
