How can I change the origin, destination, time, date, or seat for my trip?
Need to make a change to your trip? Follow these simple guidelines:
Changes for Interstate Trips (between states)
To make a change in advance, simply request it directly at the bus company’s ticket counter up to 3 hours before departure. If you miss this deadline, the company may charge up to 20% of the ticket price as a rebooking fee.
You have up to 1 year to change interstate tickets. Just make your request at the ticket counter of the bus company responsible for the trip.
Make your rights count!
🚌💬 Tip: Changes for interstate trips are guaranteed by the National Land Transport Agency (ANTT), even if you miss the bus. If needed, present ANTT's guide at the company counter. You can find this information on page 15 of the guide.
Changes for Intrastate Trips (within the same state)
To change your trip in advance, request it at the company’s ticket counter up to 3 hours before departure.
Missed the deadline? For trips within the same state, changes are not guaranteed under ANTT rules. But don’t worry! We recommend contacting the bus company to find the best solution. Some companies may offer rebooking as a courtesy, even if it’s not mandatory.
