How do I change my ticket before the trip?

We don't currently have the option to process exchanges or booking changes directly through our system. These changes must be made directly with the bus company.

Below we explain how to request a change depending on your trip type:

 

Exceptions by bus company

Rápido Ribeirão (SP)
For intrastate trips within SĂŁo Paulo, exchanges can be requested up to 3 hours before departure with no fee. After that window, only date and time changes are allowed (not origin/destination), with a fee of up to 20%, within the 1-year ticket validity period.
Pássaro Verde company
For intrastate trips, ticket exchanges must be requested at least 12 hours before boarding.
Andorinha company
Deadlines vary depending on the state of travel. Check directly with the company or at the ticket counter — passengers who miss the applicable deadline lose the right to reschedule or receive a refund.
