How do I cancel my reservation?

We understand that unexpected situations happen, and canceling a ticket may be necessary. Don’t worry—we’ll explain how to do it quickly and easily!

First, please note that we don’t process cancellations via email or other customer service channels. Follow these steps to cancel your ticket seamlessly.

How do I cancel online?

If your trip is more than 4 hours away, you can request a cancellation through our system. It’s easy:

  1. Visit our website
  2. Click on “My Tickets” at the top of the page
  3. Log in or enter your booking details
  4. Select the reservation and click “Cancel”

Done! Now, just wait about 10 minutes to receive a confirmation email. If needed, you can also cancel part of your booking.

What if I can’t cancel online?

If your ticket has been modified by the bus company or already picked up at the counter, online cancellation won’t be available. In this case, you’ll need to request the cancellation directly from the bus company.

Additional information

  • Cancellation requests must be approved by the bus company. If they reject the request through our system, you’ll need to contact them directly.
  • Reservations made very close to the departure time may not meet the online cancellation requirements. In such cases, please check directly with the company.

How do I cancel with the bus company?

At least 3 hours before departure, you can request the cancellation at the company’s ticket counter. Some companies also allow cancellations through other channels, so it’s worth checking beforehand.

Cancellation exceptions

  • Tickets with online cancellation up to 3 hours in advance: Certain tickets can be canceled online up to 3 hours before departure. To check if your reservation qualifies for this condition, review the confirmation email from your purchase.
