I missed my bus. Can I still reschedule my reservation?

For Interstate Trips (Between Different States)

If you missed your bus on an interstate trip, you have the right to reschedule your ticket within 1 year. Simply request the rescheduling directly at the company's ticket counter. Keep in mind that the company may charge up to 20% of the ticket value as a rescheduling fee.

How Can I Ensure My Right?
Rescheduling for interstate trips is guaranteed by ANTT (National Land Transport Agency), even if you missed the bus. This is your right, as stated in the ANTT guidebook, page 15. If necessary, present this guidebook at the company's ticket counter.

For Intrastate Trips (Within the Same State)

For trips between cities within the same state, rescheduling is not guaranteed by ANTT regulations.

We recommend contacting the bus company directly to check for available options. Some companies may offer rescheduling as a courtesy, but it is not mandatory.

Note: The state of Goiás allows ticket rescheduling even if you miss the bus, though a rescheduling fee may apply if done after the deadline.

Can I Reschedule Through the System?
Currently, rescheduling or modifying reservations cannot be done through our system. These changes must be made directly with the bus company.
