How do I request a partial cancellation?
If you have purchased more than one reservation in the same order, you can cancel only one of the tickets, keeping the rest(s) confirmed.
Step by step on how to do it:
- Access your order through the My Tickets tab, which is available on the home page of our website;
- Select the ticket you want and click Cancel. The cancel button will be available in front of each of your reservations, individually;
- Wait about 10 minutes to receive the result of the request in your email.
Please note: if you cancel your order (via the website or at the counter), the service fee will not be refunded, as described in our Terms of Use.

In case of cancellation, some routes may offer a 5% discount on the ticket price. This happens because there is an ANTT (National Land Transport Agency) rule that authorizes vehicles to withhold up to 5% of the ticket value as a sales commission and compensatory fine.
This charge is not made by us and is unrelated to our service fee.
