If you have the ID Jovem card, you can request free seats or seats with a minimum 50% discount offered by companies for conventional buses or trains traveling between states! This benefit is for young people aged 15 to 29.

How to request the benefit?

1. Sign up for the program: Visit the Caixa website to get your virtual ID Jovem card.
2. Present the documents: With your valid virtual card and an original photo ID, go to the company’s ticket counter to request the benefit. Alternatively, you can send your request via our form.

Conditions for using ID Jovem

• The trip must be interstate (between different states).
• Reserve your seat at least 3 hours before departure. You can also request a return ticket when available.
• After this period, companies may sell the seats, but if they remain unsold, they will still be available for ID Jovem users.

Note: ID Jovem does not cover toll fees, terminal fees, or meals.
