How to issue the Passe Livre (Free Pass):

Online Issuance

Visit the ANTT website: passelivre.antt.gov.br and submit your application online.

If you already have all the necessary documentation, you can request it directly via the form provided on our website.

Manual Issuance (In-person)

Print the Application Form, fill it out, and deliver it in person. If you're a minor, the parent or legal guardian must sign. If you're an adult but unable to sign, you can use your fingerprint and have two witnesses sign (with their ID numbers).

Along with the completed form, you'll need to submit:

• Medical Certificate/Report: This standard medical certificate for Passe Livre has no expiration date and can be a simple copy. If you require a companion, the doctor must indicate this in the report.
• Companion Request Form: If a companion is needed, submit the completed form and the companion's ID.
• Identification Document: Provide your ID, and if you're a minor, also the documents of the person who signed the request. If the person who signed is not the parent or guardian, you’ll need to provide a Guardianship or Custody document.
• Recent Photo (3×4): A color photo with a white background.

The following documents are accepted (no notarization required): Identity Card, Driver's License, Military Service Certificate, Birth Certificate, Work Card, Voter’s ID, Marriage Certificate.
