Can the bus company charge a fee for canceling the reservation?

In case of cancellation, some bus companies may offer a 5% discount on the reservation price. This happens because a rule from the National Land Transport Agency authorizes bus companies to retain up to 5% of the ticket value as a sales commission and compensatory fine.

We do not make this charge, which is unrelated to our service fee.
