Usually, changes don’t happen, but if they do, the bus company often provides a refund for the difference between bus types directly at the ticket counter, so you won’t be at a loss.
Unfortunately, we can’t process this refund online through our channels. Therefore, we recommend requesting the refund directly at the bus terminal, at the responsible company's ticket counter.
