• Access our system
• In the first field on the search bar, enter your departure location
• In the next field, enter your destination
• Now just click “Search” and choose the best travel option for you

For boat trips, the reservation will be for a hammock, not a seat.

Need to change your boat ticket? No worries! You can request it up to 12 hours in advance directly with the company operating the trip.

After this period, the company will retain 20% of the ticket balance.

Oh, need to cancel your boat ticket?

Just cancel it here in our system or directly with the company operating the trip, okay?

If you cancel at least 12 hours in advance, you'll receive a full refund of your ticket.

However, if you cancel less than 12 hours in advance, 20% of the ticket balance will be deducted.
