What if the bus company doesn’t change my reservation?

You have the right to change your reservation at the bus company’s ticket counter, but only if it’s done at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure time.

If you miss the 3-hour deadline, you’ll still have up to 1 year to exchange interstate tickets. However, the bus company may charge a rescheduling fee of up to 20% of the ticket price.
