After you make a reservation on our website or App, our system automatically sends a purchase confirmation and the reservation voucher to the email you registered.
If your ticket has “Easy Boarding,” the ticket itself will be attached to the same email.

The average delivery time is up to 30 minutes after payment.
Even if, for some reason, the reservation wasn’t completed, we’ll notify you by email explaining what happened.
If you still can’t locate the voucher, simply access the “My Tickets” section in our system. There, you can find all the details and even download your ticket if it’s an “Easy Boarding” ticket.
