You will always receive your reservation confirmation via email. Additionally, you can check the status in the “My Tickets” section.
Here’s a quick explanation of what each reservation status means:
- Authorized: Your reservation has been successfully confirmed, and your tickets are secured.
- Awaiting confirmation: Your reservation is being processed for seat or payment confirmation. Wait up to 30 minutes for an update.
- Expired: The request has expired due to a delay in payment recognition or unavailable seats. In this case, tickets were not reserved. Any payment made will be refunded, and you can try purchasing again.
- Cancellation requested: The cancellation is in process, awaiting the carrier’s confirmation.
- Canceled: The request has been canceled.
- Cancellation denied: The cancellation was denied by the carrier or was not available.
