What types of boarding are there and how do I board?

Currently, you can board in two ways: With Easy Boarding or Without Easy Boarding. Let’s explain each option to help you understand how it works:

With Easy Boarding

This is the most convenient way to board! Your ticket is digital, and you can go directly to the bus without stopping at the ticket counter.

After purchase, you will receive a PDF with your ticket, which includes a QR code and platform information. At the time of boarding, simply show this QR code on your mobile device to the driver, along with an original photo ID. It’s simple and quick! Each passenger will have their own QR code, so check your email for the confirmation.

If you prefer, you can also download the ticket to your phone and present it offline.

Note: Not all bus companies offer this option. To ensure you choose Easy Boarding, look for routes with the QR code icon during your purchase:

Does Easy Boarding replace the printed ticket?

Yes! The main benefit of Easy Boarding is that you don’t need to print anything. It’s 100% digital, saving paper and time.

What is the access code to the bus station?

When required, the access code will be available with your Easy Boarding Pass. 😊

What does the "amount to pay" mean with Easy Boarding?

In some cases, Easy Boarding tickets may display an additional value, but don’t worry! This value is simply a reference in your reservation file and does not generate any extra charge for your ticket.

Without Easy Boarding

If you choose Without Easy Boarding, the process is a bit different. You’ll need to collect your printed ticket at the bus company’s counter before boarding. Bring the purchase voucher we sent via email and a photo ID for each passenger.

Make sure to arrive at least 1 hour in advance to avoid rushing. Also, check the counter’s operating hours as they may be limited, especially outside regular business hours.

Specific Counter Rules:

  • For trips with Goianesia, tickets must be collected at least 30 minutes in advance.
  • For reservations with Norte Bus or Bus Transportes, if no specific counter is available, head to the Norte Sul counter. For example, in Goiânia Bus Station, service is provided at Box 9.
