If your trip is Without Easy Boarding, present your voucher (printed or on your phone) along with an official physical ID with photo at the ticket counter to collect your ticket.

If your booking is With Easy Boarding, you only need to bring an official physical ID with photo and the digital ticket sent to your email.

All documents must be within their validity period. We always recommend presenting a physical document. Digital documents may not be accepted.

Travel to other countries

We offer routes to Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay, and Bolivia. To enter these countries, you may present the Brazilian national ID (RG / Cédula de Identidade), provided it is in good condition, has an up-to-date photo, and was issued less than 10 years ago.

Other documents are not accepted, even if they have a photo (e.g. driver's license).
