For Regular Boarding: Present your voucher (printed or on your phone) and a physical official photo ID at the counter to collect your ticket.

For Easy Boarding: Simply bring a physical official photo ID and the digital ticket sent to your email.

International Trips

We offer routes to Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay, and Bolivia. To enter these countries, you can use your National ID (RG), as long as it’s in good condition, has a recent photo, and was issued within the last 10 years.

Other documents, even with a photo (e.g., driver’s license), are not accepted.
