My reservation is with FlixBus. How do I find my bus?

FlixBus partners with other bus companies, so if your reservation is with FlixBus, you might board a bus from a different company.

To find out which company, just check the PDF we sent to your email! There, you’ll find the bus company name, as shown in the example:

Example: The reservation is with FlixBus, but the trip is carried out on a bus from Expresso Adamantina.

How do I find the boarding platform?

This information is also in the PDF, usually on page 2. There, you’ll see the designated platform for your bus company at the station.
