First, check if your ticket is With Easy Boarding or Without Easy Boarding because that makes all the difference:

With Easy Boarding

If it’s With Easy Boarding, your ticket is already in your confirmation email! Just show it to the driver along with a valid photo ID. No need to stop by the counter!

Without Easy Boarding

Without Easy Boarding, you’ll need to pick up your ticket at the counter. Make sure the staff at the counter searches using your ticket number, booking code, and personal details. Bring a valid photo ID and don’t forget to confirm the counter's operating hours!
