If you realize that you won’t be able to catch the second bus of your connection, here’s what to do depending on the type of trip:
Second leg is an intercity trip
- Try to reschedule the second leg during the first trip by contacting the responsible bus company.
- If you can’t get in touch, try to reschedule at the counter upon arrival.
- If rescheduling isn’t possible, make a new purchase for another time, if you can.
- If the delay is less than 3 hours, contact us to avoid any financial loss.
- If the delay is more than 3 hours, get in touch with the bus company of the first leg, which will cover all the costs.
Second leg is an interstate trip
- During the first trip, try to reschedule the second leg directly with the bus company.
- If you can’t do it, try at the counter when you arrive.
It is your right, guaranteed by ANTT, to have this exchange in interstate travel, even if you miss the bus. You can show the ANTT booklet, page 15, at the counter.
